i miss prata i miss pool i miss jogging i miss shopping i miss sleeping i miss watching tv i miss squash i miss sooooooo many things.
can't wait for exams to be over.. 4 more weeks... then there'll be lots to do, starting with the S20 bbq, then my birthday :D, going overseas, and then finally some slacking time before the next sem begins :D
i've been feeling better (i think?). thanks to everyone who has spoken to me, and given me encouragement.. even if it was just a simple gesture of asking me if i'm fine.. i'm very very grateful for all the concern. it lets me realise i'm never alone :) now i just need to be a no life-r for the next 4 weeks and i'll be free!
i suddenly miss an old friend very very much.. wonder how she's doing now.. gotta find time to chat with her soon..

dying, dying, dead.
exams are soooo near and i cant seem to get my mind focused on studying..
cant seem to find the motivation to study..
what can motivate me to want to do well? i really don't know..
i miss having someone to go to, whenever i had any doubts with my work..
i miss having someone to take my mouse away from me, so that i can stop minesweeping and concentrate on my work..
i miss having someone to wake me up whenever i doze off while studying..
but this sem.. i don't have any of that.. i'm on my own.. i need to remember that...
although i know i shouldn't be..but, i really really miss you very very much... but i know it's never going to be the same any more... :(

helloooooo
hellooooooo all i'm finally back with some pictures.
the sem has been rather boring so far... besides lessons.. the rest of the time is spent doing assignments, projects, and giving tuition.. hardly even have time to sleep or watch tv!
and for 2 entire months.. i didnt have the time to drop by the stadium to jog in the evenings.
guess its cos of my lesson timings...
but i finally went jogging today after sooooooo long of not jogging. i think driving is bad. now even on the track, i keep wanting to overtake people lolololol. and that's bad cos after 2 mths of not jogging....... do u think i'm able to?
anyway anyway. here are the photos!!
the teacher's day present frm my family.. kinda ironic cos i'm supp to be a teacher, but they gave me a soft toy which plays music when it's being pulled???!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!
but it's super cute and it's a regular passenger in my car.

thanks to aed project.. i had to stay up in the middle of the night to cut these????
the final product. i think it's nice!!!!! esp since these are just nice all the coloured papers i have at home!

love long weekends!
my tagb is finally back!! not like its really in use.. but! its still considered the most frequently updated part of my blog!!!
anyway.. its been a nice long weekend. hid at home the entire saturday just to start (and complete) my aed essay. i think i am super pro to have accomplished it in one day!
and today.. three of my tuitions got postponed to other days.. so i was soooooooo free, i washed my car again! yes, again. i last washed it on friday(!!!) i love washing my car. i love looking at it when it's soooo squeaky clean. makes it look sooooooo huggable.
and!! i finally had an afternoon nap. a luxury i've not enjoyed for weeks.. think since school started?
oh and i have had super no-life since getting the car.. but i finally had the time to meet up with keith and sk! finally managed to get my plaster prata and teh-o limau ice, AND macs lemon tea AND fries (OMG) AND a $50 parking ticket ZZZZZ.
but its really nice to be reminded again, that, i always have friends around who will be there for me, and are always willing to listen to me talk and talk and talk and talk and talk!!!!
so, i'm happy for now! hope it stays this way :D

i love my march
although i've only owned the car for 17 days... it feels like i've loved it and known it for ages.
maybe cos of the long hours i spend driving in the car every day?
sometimes i still can't believe i own a car!
but my dear car is a super money-sucker.
in 17 days, i've spent soooooo much money on it..
servicing, inspection, road tax, not forgetting i've yet to pay my mom for the insurance!
and i've started a carpool system to help cover my petrol costs..
initially it felt weird having so many strangers in my car..
but now, whenever i don't have a full car load.. i feel like i'm not earning enough!!!!!
just like today, i only had a total of 3 customers.. which adds up to $9 only.
yesterday i drove 2 full loads, and earned myself $24.
every day should be a monday cos monday is money day!!
that's terence acting cute in my car................. haha.
he's been tempting me to make lots of changes to my car... which i would gladly do, if i had the money now!
this boy never fails to make our hearts melt.
terence's super cute son. baby #2 is on his/her way!
anyway.. i think i should be taking bigger, and more steps... i guess this is the best and only thing to do since i have already run out of excuses for you..
i'm guessing you don't read this anymore.. cos so many other things are of greater priority to you..
if this is how things are going to be.. i don't wanna waste my time here either..

school's starting!
school's starting tomorrow morning!!!
to sum up my 3 and a half month long holiday..... i'd say it was good.
i've not had such a shiok holiday where i did nothing, and did not have to use my brain at all (no holiday homework!)..
there were times where i was feeling low.. and i just stayed at home for days... not wanting to meet up with people.. but on other days.. i would spend all my time outside and shop and eat like crazy. haha.
oh, and there's jogging. i spent many evenings at tamp stadium.. which i find is a good way to just meet up and catch up with friends.
i shopped like crazy in june, thanks to GSS, but from july onwards... no more shopping!!!!
but i have just splurged on something soooooooooooo expensive.
that now i'm in debt.
and that's my 3 year old nissan march!!!!!!
i just got it on 8th august.. :D my first car!!!!
anyway..... i really wanted to do a nice post to sum up my holidays.. but i'm having a bad cough/sore throat and the medicine effect is making me unable to form my thoughts well now..... and also there's the excitement that i'll be back in school tmr!

random random
wearing my super low degree contacts has made my vision very blur.. its nice at times.. when you just wanna stone and not be affected by things going on around you.. cos you cant see them. but it gets rather annoying when window shopping. cos i can't see what's on the rack further away! i guess that's good cos it means i won't shop :D
i'm in love with nissan march and i really really want to own one! it'd be the best if it's irish cream colour cos i think it's sooooooo beautiful.
my vaio charger decided to die on me on sunday.. and i only went to wisma to send it for servicing on wednesday. well the guy said that it would earliest be ready on friday, but most prob next mon/tue. so i stupidly left the collection slip at home.. guess what, i recieved an sms today to tell me that my charger is ready for collection!! i was at bugis but my stupid slip was at home because i decided it was safer to leave it at home. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
and for the record, i ate cai fan twice this week. same ingredients. yummmmm i love hola's sweet and sour pork.
i was feeling bored so i let this guy do a survey, only to find out afterwards that it was an insurance thing. well, they actually said "ok, i think i got no more questions for you already, bye bye" after i told them i have an insurance package and with my $$ now, i cannot afford anything else. !!!!!
i am so broke but i have a super long shopping list!! my running shoes are falling apart.. i need a swimsuit... i need to cut my hair.. should i spend the money to dye it? i need to see the dentist and that's going to cost me more $$. this list goes on and on....
oh oh oh i'm getting better at wearing contacts alr!! ytd it took me 5 tries for my right eye, and 1 try for my left eye, to get the lens in. that's a feat, considering it's the first time i'm wearing contacts this year! and it took me less than 5 min to get both lenses out!!!! i still rmb taking like 4 hrs to learn how to wear it???? i'm so lousy at it!!
and i finally was willing to part with my $$ to buy eye drops today. i checked the expiry date of my old eyedrop.. only to realise it expired 4 months ago, and i've been using it for the past 2 days!!! yucks!!!!
i can't wait to say hi to my vaio tmr, and ogle at another nissan march, and go jogging!!!!!!!!!!!

the day i got lost with a GPS
the past two weeks were really mundane thanks to school experience.
never went out.. except to school, and to the stadium for jogging.
i didn't have the energy to go anywhere else..
last night i went for a spin with the guys.
drove down to jon's place to meet them, before me (and sasi) went to safra to pick jeremy up.
thanks to the row of cars who park along the single lane road right outside safra's carpark.. i had a near accident while trying to make a turn.
okay, i forgot to check my blindspot too.
thankfully the van that was approaching swerved to the opp lane in time. and i also braked in time.
then we drove down to jalan kayu to eat prata.
haven't been there in 6 years.
the last time i went, was with someone and our two friends. heeheehee.
by the time we reached jalan kayu i was super duper hungry.... cos me jon and keith went jogging in the evening, and had yet to eat anything since!
anyway, we ordered a chicken murtabak and a roti john to share. and on the side, each of us ordered a plaster prata (everyone's started eating that alot more after eating with me!!) except for gay sasi, who ordered 3 plain pratas. (!!!!)
and amazingly, i was still hungry even after finishing every last bit of murtabak! so we ordered again.. this time we each took like an egg prata, and sasi gayly ordered like 2 egg and 2 plain? something like that.
while eating, some kuku suggested that we drive down to seletar dam to see the view.
well, i agreed to it because it seemed nearby and i could try out my GPS navigator!
we got lost.
my navigator didn't know of the road works and new roads.
it kept asking me to turn right in a few metres, when there was no right turn at all!
and although the dam was nearby, it made me enter TPE! :(
so we gave up.
by then, the navigator had brought us to yio chu kang road. the amk side of it.
jon said he sort of knew the way, but needed to consult his street directory first.
but we were still unable to find the place...
so we did something super bo liao...... which was to.....
follow the bus!!!
so we managed to find the place in the end! :D
the view was good.. although it was really really dark.
over there, sasi and jem did the usual monkeying around.. climb here climb there..
while jon and keith did their gay stuffs.. with me disturbing them as usual :D
oh, during our ride to find the dam, we saw a road accident.
this motorcyclist was lying on the ground after being hit by a car.
was kinda freaked out, till the motorcyclist moved his arm. phew.
and on our way back, near jem's place, we saw another similar accident.
this time, the motorcyclist was hit by a lorry.
and because there was a coffeeshop opp the road, lots of people crowded around to check things out.
and again, i heaved a sigh of relief when the motorcyclist moved.
i guess i've seen car accidents before, but normally is those super lame ones.. like car bang car because he cannot break in time/never notice red light/etc etc,
but this is the first time i see the casualty still on the ground.. twice somemore!
suay or what?
and i forgot to check out the car plate numbers! 4D! (just kidding la, i won't bet on this kind)
anyway, the moral of the story is, don't ever trust your stupid navigator.
